VTG is offering a dynamic role to a candidate who has gained knowledge and expertise across the following technical and functional areas: Agile Business Analysis & Lead Development practices, DevSecOps (DSO) Engineering solutions, and Azure Cloud Systems optimization. The primary role will be to work closely with an advanced technical team to collaborate, build, and deliver solutions to DoD customers in the cloud computing space at Shaw AFB.

1. Agile Business / Development Lead:
   1. Perform story analysis and define acceptance criteria.
   2. Facilitate storyboarding, story mapping, and backlog refinement sessions.
   3. Manage the evolution of user stories, backlog items, and pace of work.
   4. Cross-functional team collaboration to ensure clarity and feasibility of user stories.
   5. Support data analysis to measure system efficiency.
   6. Perform functional and regression testing.
   7. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users.
   8. Configure a no code / low code system to respective process maps / user stories.
   9. Ability to work / manage multiple environments.
2. DevSecOps Engineer:
   1. Support microservices deployment via a DSO pipeline in a Linux-based environment.
   2. Meet with stakeholders, analyze requirements, user stories, related artifacts to determine technical specifications
   3. Rapidly prototype to refine system requirements and technical specifications
   4. Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipeline code.
   5. Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy Docker containers.
   6. Review code and create engineering documentation.
   7. Provide technical guidance and support developer testing.
   8. Conduct security remediation as needed.
   9. Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) experience.
   10. Firewall and network experience.
   11. Cybersecurity vulnerability scanner experience.
   12. Various types of SQL experience.
3. Azure Architecture:
   1. Advise and support team / customers moving to Azure, focusing on PaaS.
   2. Advise and lead creation of high-level requirements and design documents.
   3. Advise and collaborate with client / team on the technical design of cloud services.
   4. Provide recommendations for cloud migration and ensure optimal performance.
   5. Engage with customer stakeholders to bridge business problems to cloud solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in MS 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with Jira, GitLab, Azure services, and cloud-based architectures.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and helm charts.
• Ability to plan and organize in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent client / team written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong facilitation skills and a hands-on approach.
• Experience working with a no / low code system (power apps, power automate, Nintex, etc.)
• Vast experience with process mapping (Visio, Value Stream, Swimlane, DFDs, BPMN, etc.)
• Experience working in M365 development environment

Additional Requirements:

• Security+ (or higher) Certification or ability to complete within 60 days of employment.
• Bachelor's of higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience in IL6 environments.
• US Citizenship.
• Hybrid-Remote: Must be on-site at Shaw AFB (minimum 3 days per week).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps Administrator certification.
• Product Owner or Scrum certification.
• Experience with Ansible, Docker, OpenVPN, Kubernetes, micro-services, and service meshes.
